Durable Access Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
Our promise
Your memorial is designed to last. This page explains exactly what that means — how your memorial page, song, or engraving stays accessible, and what control you have.
Memorial pages
- Permanence: Memorial pages remain online indefinitely at no additional cost. There is no subscription, no renewal fee, and no expiration.
- Visibility: By default, memorial pages are private — accessible only to people who have the link. You can choose to make a page public or keep it private at any time.
- Public vs private: Private pages are not indexed by search engines. Public pages can be found via search. You can change this setting at any time by emailing [email protected].
- Removal: You can request removal of a memorial page at any time. We will remove it within 48 hours of verifying your identity as the page creator or authorized representative.
Downloads
- Songs: You receive your song as a high-quality MP3 and WAV file via email. You can download and keep these files permanently — they are yours.
- Memorial pages: You can request a full export of your memorial page content (text, photos, tribute messages) at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will provide a downloadable archive within 7 days.
Continuity
- Hosting: Memorial pages are hosted on Supabase, a managed infrastructure provider with enterprise-grade reliability. Content is backed up daily.
- If we cease operations: If One Fur More ever ceases operations, we will provide at least 90 days' notice via email to all page creators. During that period, you will be able to download all content — songs, page content, photos, and tribute messages — in a standard, portable format.
- Transfer: If the business is transferred to another operator, your memorial page will remain accessible under the same terms. You will be notified of any change in operator.
Engraved memorials (One Fur More physical products)
- Permanence of physical pieces: Engraved stones are permanent physical objects. The engraving does not fade, peel, or wash away.
- QR code: The QR code on each stone links to a permanent tribute page. The page stays online under the same terms as memorial pages above.
Your control
- Request a page be made public or private
- Request removal of a memorial page
- Request a full content export
- Request changes to page content (name spelling, dates, messages)
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 48 hours.
