• Email address: For order confirmation and song delivery.
• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Email subscriptions: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address.

• To create and deliver your memorial song.

• To send occasional grief support emails (if you subscribe).

Data retention.

We retain quiz responses and order information for as long as needed to provide our service and support revisions. Memorial pages remain online indefinitely unless you request removal. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• Music production tools: Used to compose and produce your song from the details you share
